Our philosophy

Italian craft, seaside atmosphere.

We opened in 2021 with a simple idea — to bring real pizza from the foot of Vesuvius to Niechorze, and to build a bar people want to come back to after sunset.

The dough matures for 72 hours. Le 5 Stagioni type 00 flour from Padua, certified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. San Marzano DOP tomatoes grown in the shadow of Vesuvius, on volcanic soil rich in potassium and phosphorus. Electric oven — floor 430 °C, dome 485 °C. The pizza goes in and comes out in 90 seconds.

Bo Morze · bo może

Bo Morze. · Bo może.

We didn't come up with the name in a branding presentation. It came from the way people on the Baltic toss a phrase around when they don't want to commit. "Bo może we'll drop by. Bo może tomorrow. Bo może we'll sit a little longer." Loosely: "maybe we'll drop by. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe we'll stay a bit longer." It's an invitation without pressure — and this place is just like that.

Bo Morze

We stand 100 metres from the beach. Wind in the parasols, sand on the shoes, salt on the tongue. That's the founding decision — everything else revolves around it.

Bo Italy

Le 5 Stagioni flour from Padua, San Marzano DOP tomato from the volcanic soil of Vesuvius, fior di latte mozzarella from Campania. Neapolitan pizza, no compromises.

Bo może

Maybe one more Aperol Spritz. Maybe until midnight. Maybe tomorrow we'll come back. A place that doesn't close decisions — it just opens the evening.

Our mark

A hashtag like a field of grain.

Look at our logo. Four leaning lines. #

That's how fields of grain look, brushed by the wind from the sea — leaning evenly in one direction, rolling like water. It wasn't a marketing project. It just came out that way — and then we realised it was a quiet arc: from grain in the field, through a mill in Padua, through 72 hours of maturing in our cold room, all the way to a cornicione coming out of the oven in 90 seconds. Four leans, four stages — one pizza.

Under the lighthouse in Niechorze, since 1866, stood a windmill. Around it, fields of wheat rolled and fed the whole area with flour. Today the grain comes from Italy — but the wind is the same.

Guest questions

What guests ask us most.

If we haven't covered something — call or write on Instagram. We usually reply the same day.

Do you have space for families with kids? +
Yes — we have a separate kids' menu (Pizza Margherita, Spaghetti al bambino, Gnocchi, Bolognese, Polo e broccoli — all 32-36 PLN). The garden is spacious, highchairs are available. We recommend booking via zjedz.my — at peak season (July-August) we can fill up.
Can I book a table in advance? +
Yes, fastest online — the zjedz.my system shows free slots instantly. Or by phone: +48 516 186 815. For groups over 6, we recommend a minimum 24h notice.
Are you open year-round? +
No — we operate seasonally: from June 1 to September 22. Daily 12:00 PM — 10:00 PM. The bar runs longer in peak season (July-August). Off-season, follow us on @bomorze — we announce the opening in advance.
Do you have vegetarian / vegan options? +
Yes — on the pizza menu we have Margherita and Anno (zucchini, sunflower seeds, arugula, pesto). In pasta: Spaghetti Aglio Oglio, Pesto & Stracciatella, Ravioli Ricotta con Spinaci. At the bar — a full Virgin (0%) section and mocktails for non-drinking guests.
What are "Happy Hours" and when? +
Every day 12:00 — 2:00 PM, two of our flagship pizzas at lunch prices: Margherita 19.90 PLN (regularly 36 PLN) and Cotto 24.90 PLN (regularly 39 PLN). No coupons, no asterisks, no silly rules — just drop by during those hours.
Pizza takeaway? Delivery? +
Takeaway — yes, packaging fee 3 PLN. Pizza packed fresh into a box, ready to grab in 8 minutes from the dough ball. We don't deliver — we prefer you eat with us while the cornicione is still crisp. You can also order by phone and pick up — give us 15 minutes.
Do you accept cards? BLIK? +
Yes — all cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Cash too. Card tips — no problem.
Is the garden dog-friendly? +
Yes — dogs are welcome in the garden (on a leash). We have a water bowl, just ask. Inside — unfortunately not, for hygiene reasons near the kitchen.
Where does the name "BoMorze" come from? +
From two thoughts joining. Bo Morze (Polish: "because the sea") — because we stand 100 m from the beach and that's the founding decision. Bo może ("because maybe") — because that's how people on the Baltic invite each other without pressure: "bo może we'll drop by", "bo może tomorrow". The hashtag # in our logo represents fields of grain brushed by the wind from the sea — and at the same time the 4 stages of pizza: grain → mill → dough → cornicione. The whole story: History page.
Do you have your own parking? +
We don't have our own parking, but in Niechorze there's a municipal car park on Mazowiecka and Pocztowa Streets (paid, seasonal). At peak summer it can be full — best to arrive before noon or park in Pogorzelica and walk 10 minutes along the promenade.
